The Queen's Harbour Owner's Association multipurpose room is available to residents and Queen's Harbour clubs to rent for events and gatherings. The room is also available to recognized Queen's Harbour clubs for meetings. The management office handles reservations and rentals for this amenity.

Upgrades to enhance the multipurpose room have been approved and include a complete facelift. Starting with the kitchen area, a new 10-foot navy blue island with a white quartz countertop and barstools will anchor the space. A new full-size stainless-steel refrigerator will replace the current one, while upper and lower white cabinets will be installed in the area. All the flooring will be replaced with wood-grain porcelain tile.

 

As you enter the room, you will be welcomed by the updated entryway featuring a console table and mirror. Once inside the room, functional furniture will include a leather couch, four side chairs, an area rug and a coffee table to make everyone feel at home. This furniture arrangement will face a feature wall with a mounted large screen TV and a stylish TV stand with storage space for board games. As you move through the room, there will be additional tables and chairs for seating and card-playing.
