    More Irrigation Tips

    • Invest in a WaterSense labeled irrigation controller.
    • Inspect sprinkler heads and make sure to aim them toward your landscape and not the sidewalk. A broken head can waste 25,000 gallons of water in six months.
    • Redesign your landscape with Florida Native plants that thrive with less water.
    • Water only when needed, and only up to twice per week during your assigned days.
    • Don’t water when it’s windy.
Website - General
  • chevron_rightIs there an "app" for the qhycc.com website?
The short answer is "no". However, you can create a shortcut on your mobile device that will allow you to easily access the website with one tap.
Detailed instructions for how to do this are available on page 10 in the March 2024 issue of The Anchor.
  • chevron_rightDo I have to input my username and password every time I access the QHYCC website?
To avoid having to login every time you want to visit restricted homeowner pages on the qhycc.com website, you can use the "Remember Me" checkbox on the login form. If you check this box when you log into the website, the website will store an encrypted cookie in your browser. This cookie will automatically log you back into the website on subsequent visits or when you would normally be logged out due to inactivity.

For security, "Remember Me" is limited to the single browser and device you were using when you logged into the website with the "Remember Me" checkbox checked. Any login performed on another device or browser will reset "Remember Me" on all your devices and browsers. For example, if you login to qhycc.com on your phone with "Remember Me" checked, and later on you login to qhycc.com on a different device, like a tablet or desktop, the "Remember Me" feature will be cleared and the next time you visit the website on your phone, you will be required to login again.

Note that if you have "Block All Cookies" enabled on your device, the "Remember Me" feature for qhycc.com login will have no effect and you will have to login whenever you want to access website pages on that device that are restricted to homeowners.

Website - Usernames, passwords, and profiles
  • chevron_rightWhy do I have to login with my old email address even after I updated my email address in my profile?
The username that you use to log in to the website is a separate field from your email address in your profile. Even though these two fields may have started out with the same value, you can change them independently.

It is important that your email address be current, valid and unique in order for you to receive emails from the QH Owners Association.

Your username can be anything you choose as long as it is unique and conforms to the following specifications:

    • 8 - 80 characters in length
    • comprised of numbers, letters, and/or _-.!@# with no spaces
  • chevron_rightAre there any restrictions for what I use as a username or password?
Your username may contain only numbers, letters or _-.!@# with no spaces and must be 8 - 80 characters. Your username must be unique.

Your password may contain only numbers, letters or _-.!@# with no spaces and must be 8 - 15 characters.
  • chevron_rightHow do I obtain a username and password for the website?
If you were a Queen's Harbour homeowner when this website was launched (September 15, 2023), your username was the email address that was provided to the Owners Association Management Office for contacting you. Instructions to set up your login credentials (username and password) were emailed to that email address. If you did not receive this email, please contact the Website Administrator (website.admin@qhycc.com).

If you became a Queen’s Harbour homeowner after September 15, 2023, the Owners Association Management Office provided you with your login credentials when you registered with them as a new homeowner.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by choosing "Forgot Password" on the Login screen.

If you are still unable to find your website login credentials, please select the Owners Association Management Office from the drop-down list in Contact us.
  • chevron_rightHow do I update my profile information?
After you login, click on "Your Profile" to update your profile.
You can change your username or password, upload a profile photo, update information in your profile (phone number, email address, etc.), and update your preferences for the Resident Directory.
