Architectural Review Board (ARB) Guidelines
The Architectural Review Board (ARB), established under Article V of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CCRE) for the Queen's Harbour Owners Association sets community standards for property ownership and improvement within Queen’s Harbour. The ARB is oversees architectural, landscaping, and engineering reviews, ensuring compliance with community regulations.
 
ARB Approval for Property Improvements
 
ARB approval is required before proceeding with any proposed improvements that fall into two broad categories:

  • New Home Construction 
  • Modifications to Existing Property
 
ARB Guidelines & Required Forms
 
All guidelines are defined in section 5000 of the Queen's Harbour Rules, Regulations and Policies (QHRRP). The required forms for ARB approval can be found in the QHFORMS section of the QHRRP. Some commonly used forms that can be digitally signed include:


ARB Meetings & Submission Deadlines
 
Property owners and their contractors are invited to attend ARB meetings at the POA Office at 4:00pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  

  • In November and December, ARB meetings are held only on the 2nd Wednesday.
  • Submission deadlines for the upcoming Wednesday ARB meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month by 1:00pm.  
  • In November and December, submissions are only on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
